Trainee Property Manager Apprentice
We have a fantastic new role at Oscars Lettings and Property Management as a Trainee Property Manager Apprentice. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work for an organisation that recently won the ‘best estate agent in Hull’ award at the British Property Awards last year.
In this role, you will be answering the phone and liaising with landlords and tenants. This is a varied and busy role which requires a confident and level-headed individual. If this is you then apply now!
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the phone and fielding calls
- Liaising with both landlords and tenants
- Dealing with the maintenance function of the business including:
- Taking details of repair issues
- Ensuring contractors are instructed and then followed up
- Ensuring landlords are kept up to date and approve the works following a quote
- Dealing with the compliance maintenance including booking and following up gas safety certificates, electrical installation reports and energy performance certificates
Skills & Knowledge
- Work well under pressure
- Level-headed
- Confident and capable on the phone and computer.
- Some knowledge of property maintenance would be useful but not essential
