Sales Team Admin Assistant

The Sales Team Admin Assistant is a supportive role that acts as an administrative assistant to the Sales Team while also facilitating collaboration within the team.

The Sales Team Admin Assistant will also function as a liaison between the Sales Team and the other departments within the organisation.

Basic Functions

  • Provide great customer service
  • Arrange and attend regular IT Review Meeting with our clients
  • Take notes from meetings and circulate, raising tickets with the appropriate teams
  • Follow up customer calls, raise quotes, and manage the sales pipeline
  • Quote services renewals prior to expiry
  • Quote additions on Managed Services Agreements
  • Manage the diary for the Sales Team
  • Accurately record sales and customer interactions on CRM system
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
  • Assist the Sales Team with large proposals and tenders
  • Raise Purchase Orders on the procurement system and place orders with suppliers

Additional duties and responsibilities

  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.
  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
  • Enter all work as activities or service tickets in ConnectWise.

  • Proficient with general office applications.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.

Educational and Previous Experience Recommendations

  • GCSE English and Maths A*-C/4-9 or Level 2 equivalents
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
