Customer Service Associate Apprentice
Are you a confident and engaging person? Are you a self-motivated team player? If you are then we have the perfect apprenticeship for you. CPD Direct are looking to take on a Customer Service Associate Apprentice to bolster their team.
The primary purpose is to support the Direct Sales Team, comprised of 3 external Sales Executives and two internal CSE colleagues, in the retention and growth of CPD Direct’s SME customer base through the consistent delivery of outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- The taking of and processing of telephone orders from customers
- Ensuring customer service queries are handled promptly and effectively to the ultimate satisfaction of the customer.
- Liaising with cross-departmental colleagues on a variety of issues including order progress, stock availability, pricing, logistics and product specification.
- Utilising customer telephone contact as an opportunity to promote/sell specific products/offers as prescribed by the business.
- Supporting the external sales team with customer-related growth opportunities/retention matters.
- Supporting credit control in the pursuit of overdue payments where appropriate.
