Administrative Assistant
A medium sized business in the centre of Hull is looking to take on a full time Administrative Assistant to help bolster their Administration team.
They are looking for a highly organised individual, with great time management skills and previous administrative experience.
You will be responsible for
- Engaging with inbound calls and either passing onto relevant personnel or dealing with yourself
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Data entry using Microsoft Excel and inhouse bespoke software
- Stock checks and ordering of stationary
- Providing administrative support to Manager as and when asked
- Management of meeting rooms
- Filing invoices

Location: Hull, HU1
Wage: £20,500-£22,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full time (37.5 hours) Mon-Fri 9-5
