We have an exciting new role emerge as an Administration Assistant at an IT support company in Hull, if you have excellent customer service skills alongside being highly organised, then we have the role for you!

Job Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all incoming telephone calls and visitors to the office.
  • Assist with production and inputting of invoices
  • Emailing account statements to customers and credit control
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are set up for customers/visitors
  • Provide administration support to the Business Development Team including:
  • -Updating and entering data onto the CRM system.
  • -Processing of sales related paperwork.
  • -Maintaining generic sales material so it is always up to date.
  • -Diary management for the Sales Team including organising team meetings along with venues.
  • -To ensure that the company’s Information Security Management System is adhered to.
  • Always observes business etiquette confidentiality and company procedures/protocols.
  • Attend training courses, company meetings and other team events as required.
  • The job holder will carry out such other reasonable tasks that may from time to time be allocated.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Computer literate in standard Microsoft Office software and accounting packages, preferably Xero.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths
  • Highly efficient and organised
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Friendly, helpful, considerate, honest and reliable
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and proactive
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines

Location: Hull

Wage: £21,000 £23,000. Mon-Fri 9-5
