Reception Admin Apprentice
A Hull based company is looking to recruit a Reception Admin Apprentice to join their friendly and hardworking team.
As a Reception Admin Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for customers whilst being engaged in liaising over email and telephone with other team members and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to begin their career working in a very supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and deal with inquiries and passing onto the relevant personnel
- meeting and greeting visitors into the building
- Sending/receiving emails and responding to them politely and in a timely manner
- Includes photocopying, scanning, shredding, and filing documents, to ensure the reception remains organised
- Managing meeting rooms:
- booking rooms, setting up rooms, clearing rooms
- Support with events
- Answering queries from colleagues via the telephone
