Finance Administrator Apprentice
As the Finance Administrator Apprentice you will be involved in speaking to customers, dealing with system data and assisting with the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow daily plans to cover workloads set each morning
- Follow daily deal targets set
- Respond to plans reviewed throughout the day to respond to changes in workloads
- Achieve agreed acceptable workload efficiency levels
- Maintain service so that agreed standards can be kept
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed when reviewing documentation, proofs etc.
- Complete payout checklists to create audit trail of who has signed of which documents/proofs
- Refer any documentation that is unsatisfactory
