Customer Service Administrator Apprentice

Inotec Barcode Security is excited to welcome a motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice.

As a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day operations while learning essential business and customer service skills. This is a great opportunity to build confidence, develop IT skills, and gain real workplace experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
Processing customer enquiries and preparing quotes
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Carrying out general administrative tasks and office duties
Using IT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and their internal software

Skills & Knowledge

Comfortable using IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and willing to learn new software
Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks
A good communicator, both on the phone and in writing
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Friendly, positive, and able to work well as part of a team
