Business Admin Apprentice
Zenith Developments Group is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Admin Apprentice to join their well-established construction business.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone efficiently in a professional and timely manner
- Process invoices and issue them for approval using Sage 50
- Use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Take accurate messages and pass them on to the relevant person
- Distribute incoming mail and assist visitors
- Send and receive information electronically where required
- Prepare and produce a variety of documents for internal and external use
- Maintain and manage filing systems and records
- Arrange meetings and events, including organising catering and materials
- Develop and maintain administration systems
- Support colleagues with information gathering tasks
- Carry out general administrative duties such as minute-taking, photocopying, filing, and archiving
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in reception and communal areas
- Provide office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Keep organised files and records of business activity
- Communicate effectively with managers and supervisors, resolving issues promptly
- Support site teams with purchasing and administrative requests
- Assist in the tendering process, including liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
- Collate Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals to support project completion
Skills & Knowledge
- GCSEs in Maths and English
- Ambitious, confident, and hard-working attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Positive and professional approach to work
