Digital technology is a constantly changing. You never know what you’ll be doing from one day to the next, or even from one hour to the next. You will always be busy in this role and there will be no chance to get bored. Your knowledge and skills will always be in high demand.

In your daily role you could be; supporting and coaching external users in their use of digital technologies. Diagnosing and resolving users’ digital problems. Or advising on hardware and software problems. Using a variety of digital channels to resolve user problems whilst providing excellent customer service. Or updating Customer Relationship Management tools to help with service delivery and making the organization more productive.

With a Digital Support Technician apprenticeship you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed and enhance your professional development. On this course, you will learn about:
