Working alongside the Estimator the Electrical Estimator Apprentice will be required to ensure that enquiries and tenders are managed in accordance with company procedures, are fully compliant with the client’s requirements and are submitted on time to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone correspondence with suppliers
• Obtaining specialist quotations
• Administrative duties
• Good communication and strobe Mathematics skills are essential.
• Interest in electrical design.
• Data input, data extraction, photocopying, filing and typing duties as directed.
• To maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Throughout the training period the post holder will be expected to complete all educational and training as required.
• To have good time management skills and be able to prioritise your work load.
• Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Keeping systems such as Leankit up to date.
• Learn how to use pricing software such as Cypher.
