Junior Admin Apprentice
Due to continued expansion, ATR Building Services is looking for a hardworking and motivated Junior Admin Apprentice to join their busy administrative team, working alongside their specialist insurance works department.
ATR Building Services is looking for an individual who is self-driven, organised, and has excellent communication skills to assist customers and clients with their day-to-day queries and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls professionally
- Replying to emails and customer enquiries
- Booking in surveys and scheduling works
- Communicating with clients and customers to resolve queries and issues
- Updating computer systems and internal records
- Booking works in and ensuring client systems are updated accurately
- Supporting the administrative team with general office duties
- Maintaining communication lines between clients, customers, and contractors
Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Strong timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferred but not essential)
- A hardworking and self-motivated approach
