Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Taking accurate messages and directing enquiries appropriately
- Composing and responding to emails using clear and professional written English
- Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
- Learning to process weekly payroll accurately
- Assisting with invoicing and accounts using Xero
- Maintaining records and updating internal systems
- Supporting day-to-day office operations as required
Skills & Knowledge
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to write clear, professional emails
- Polite, well-mannered, and confident when dealing with people
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
