Coomb Briggs Primary Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join their supportive and caring team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children, eager to learn, and committed to developing a career in education through an apprenticeship pathway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide classroom support to teachers across lessons and activities
  • Support pupils with their learning, both individually and in small groups
  • Assist in supporting and promoting positive pupil behaviour
  • Prepare and organise learning resources and classroom materials
  • Liaise appropriately with staff and parents
  • Provide clerical and administrative support, including printing, photocopying, and laminating
  • Help ensure the classroom is a safe, engaging, and well-organised learning environment
