Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Office Manager and PA to the Principal with everyday administrative duties.
- Responding to emails and phone calls, ensuring enquiries are directed to the right member of staff.
- Providing administrative support for the Progress and Achievement Leaders.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing general office tasks to a high standard.
- Compiling and placing orders using the Trust’s finance system, and carrying out daily checks on purchases.
- Monitoring stationery supplies and completing regular stock checks.
- Preparing financial overviews of budgets for key staff when required.
- Managing school transport administration, including issuing bus passes and checking or chasing payments.
- Liaising with relevant staff and authorities regarding transport matters.
- Assisting the Senior Leadership Team with general administrative and finance-related tasks.
