Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Consultant Apprentice, you’ll support SAAF’s recruitment team with day-to-day operations while learning the fundamentals of recruitment, customer service, and sales. This is a hands-on role with full training and ongoing support.
- Assisting with filling bookings for schools and clients
- Speaking with candidates about available roles
- Supporting candidate availability and compliance vetting
- General business administration and office support
- Communicating with clients and candidates via phone and email
Skills & Knowledge
- Outgoing, professional, and confident on the phone
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
