Key Responsibilities

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll be hands-on with the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and beyond. From analysing performance data and building insightful reports, to implementing strategies that drive real results, you’ll be at the heart of their client success stories.

  • Building and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and potentially platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Amazon.
  • Analysing performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Communicating confidently with clients via email, phone, and video calls.
  • Using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio to monitor results and make data-led recommendations.
  • Owning Business-As-Usual tasks and proactively solving problems.
  • Conducting keyword research and supporting the development of new campaign strategies.
  • Creating clear documentation to support internal best practices and training materials.
  • Staying on top of digital trends and sharing insights with the team.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Prior experience in a performance marketing role or a related degree.
  • Passion for digital marketing and helping clients succeed online.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in working with data and spotting trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a “right-first-time” approach.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with ease.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Great communication skills—you’re happy jumping on a video call and talking through campaign performance.

Not Required but a Bonus:

  • Familiar with Google and Bing Ads platforms.
  • Experience working with paid social (Meta, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Comfortable building dashboards in Data Studio.
  • Experience analysing and presenting performance trends.

Wage: £22,500 per year
