Junior Admin Apprentice
ATR Building Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Admin Apprentice to join their busy administrative team and support the continued growth of their business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in administration. As a Junior Admin Apprentice, you’ll support the office team with day-to-day tasks while developing valuable workplace skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Replying to emails and managing enquiries
- Booking in surveys and works
- Communicating with clients and customers to answer queries and resolve issues
- Updating and maintaining computer systems
- Ensuring client systems and communication lines are completed accurately
Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong timekeeping and reliability
- Able to work under pressure and manage tasks effectively
