They are seeking someone who is eager to expand their knowledge, support users, and establish a solid foundation for a career in technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to helpdesk queries via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams (2nd/3rd line)
  • Assisting with setting up and configuring IT equipment (PCs, printers, routers)
  • Applying software updates and security patches
  • Monitoring antivirus systems and backups
  • Helping users understand and use software tools confidently
  • Setting up new user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
