They are seeking someone who is eager to expand their knowledge, support users, and establish a solid foundation for a career in technology. Key Responsibilities
- Responding to helpdesk queries via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams (2nd/3rd line)
- Assisting with setting up and configuring IT equipment (PCs, printers, routers)
- Applying software updates and security patches
- Monitoring antivirus systems and backups
- Helping users understand and use software tools confidently
- Setting up new user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)

- Basic computing skills
- Clear communication – able to explain IT to non-technical users
- Patience and a problem-solving mindset
