Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for Windows & Linux systems
  • Troubleshoot software, VPN, and firewall issues
  • Manage & resolve help desk tickets using Remedy
  • Offer desktop & hardware support for peripherals & networks
  • Work with teams to escalate and implement solutions
  • Maintain clear documentation & deliver top-tier customer service

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in firewall management & VPN troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience in Technical Support / Helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems
  • Great communication skills – explaining tech to non-tech users
  • Experience in Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support
  • Full driving licence & a positive, can-do attitude

Wage: £25k-28k per year
