Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of H2MO. You’ll help make sure their customers and visitors have the best possible experience, whether that’s in person, over the phone, or online.
- Answer and make telephone calls
- Greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Respond to online, verbal, and email queries
- Book and confirm appointments
- Support with general administration and filing
- Carry out any other reasonable office activities
Skills & Knowledge
- Grades 4 or above in GCSE English and Maths
- Numerate and literate
- Good communicator – clear, polite, and professional
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Well-presented
- Confident, approachable, and positive
