Business Administration Apprentice
As Cobus Communications Group continues to grow and evolve, they are expanding their team with the addition of a Business Administration Apprentice. This position sits at the heart of the business, supporting key departments and ensuring their daily operations run efficiently and effectively.
Cobus Communications Group has been supporting businesses with reliable and innovative communications solutions for over 30 years. Based at their Head Office in Kingston upon Hull, they work with organisations of all sizes across a wide range of sectors. They are now looking to add a Business Administration Apprentice who will support their internal teams and help maintain the high standards of service their customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Fielding customer calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Logging and triaging customer requests into the CRM system
- Completing daily administrative tasks to support the wider team
- Assisting the accounts department with reports and data input
- Supporting general office operations as required
