Are you looking to start your career in administration while gaining hands-on experience in a highly regulated industry? A company in Beverley is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Training Co-ordinator to join their Technical Training Team.

Reporting to the Head of Training, you will play a crucial role in co-ordinating day-to-day training for clients and key stakeholders, while also providing administrative support to other areas of the business. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to build strong professional skills, develop your career within a supportive team, and gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Admin qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the daily operations of Part-147 Type Training, ensuring all schedules and requirements are met.
  • Arrange and lead meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Engage with customers to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.
  • Maintain accurate training records and databases.
  • Support the Head of Training with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Assist account managers and recruiters with logistics related to contract personnel.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and CVs.
  • Handle security applications, including gathering documentation.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Must have: GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade 5/B or above.
  • A proactive and confident individual who is comfortable arranging and leading meetings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of people.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict effectively with a positive attitude.
  • A strong sense of personal responsibility and integrity.
  • Commitment to their core values of respect, integrity, and trust.
