Administrative Assistant/Student Services Apprentice

Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant/Student Services Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting both their front-of-house reception and the Student Services team. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Acting as reception back-up, answering the telephone, and dealing with enquiries from parents, visitors, and students.
- Supporting with school orders, delivery checking, and lost property organisation.
- Assisting with ParentPay administration.
- Helping with student services and general administrative duties.
- Contributing to apprenticeship recruitment and supporting wider office functions.
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, polite, and professional.
- GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
- IT skills – competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous office or reception experience (desirable but not essential).
