They’re looking for a motivated and organised Admin Assistant Apprentice to join their friendly office team. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and the chance to develop valuable administrative and customer service skills while contributing to real ECO installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the administration of ECO installation projects
  • Speaking with customers to book appointments
  • Communicating with installers regarding job progress
  • Checking installation evidence before sharing with lead contractors
  • General office and administrative duties as required

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in IT and using spreadsheets
  • Desire to learn and work as a team player
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and meet KPIs
  • Reliability and good timekeeping
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • GCSEs in Maths, English, Science, and IT
