Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors as the first point of contact.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and helpful manner.
- Raising job cards via Clik and updating information upon completion of work.
- Providing administrative support to colleagues and assisting with ad-hoc office tasks as needed.
Skills & Knowledge
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
- A positive team player with great communication skills.
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong Maths and English skills.
