Admin Apprentice

The duties you will be responsible for will help you gain the experience and confidence needed to become a valuable part of our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone and logging toner orders.
- Logging service calls for engineers to attend.
- Producing and sending purchase orders for stock.
- Taking delivery and receipting stock orders.
- Issuing stock to engineers for jobs.
- Managing the engineers’ car stock.
- Liaising with third parties to cover jobs on our behalf.
- Filing.
- Point of purchase.
- Plus any other general admin duties.
Skills & Knowledge
- Must have excellent organisational skills.
- Pleasant friendly manner.
- Be able to work well with a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Swift and accurate data entry onto our system.
