Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
- Processing invoices and completing accurate data entry
- Supporting the finance team with account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports
- Learning to use accounting software and Microsoft Excel for basic financial analysis
- Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping
- Developing knowledge of dealership accounting practices, policies, and industry regulations
- Contributing to ad-hoc finance projects as required
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong mathematical aptitude and excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft packages
- A genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- A keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in accounting or finance within the automotive industry
