HBTC were a brilliant place to complete a level 3 customer service course. I had weekly lessons with Steve who was very informative and provided all the relevant information. Very helpful and would highly recommend.
Couldn’t recommend Hull Business Training Centre any more! Mya helped me secure an apprenticeship within 2 weeks. So helpful and give you all the support that you need with applying etc. Thank you again.
Very fast and efficient support. Managed to assist me in gaining an apprenticeship within a week. Mackauly provided me with great help and support to obtain the apprenticeship.
I took part in all lessons involved. The information is given out very clearly and accurately, there are constant check backs to ensure every student is fully onboard and understanding.
I got lessons from Steve, who provided everything you could need and did it smiling. an absolutely wonderful time and I've got nothing but praise to give!

HBTC are a great training provider, they have communicated well with me and supported me. I have just completed my lessons with Steve Rackley who has been a great teacher making sure that everyone in the class understands everything and if anyone is unsure he has given lots of support and help until they understand. I would definitely recommend using HBTC if you want a smooth and enjoyable apprenticeship!

I completed my level 3 team leader apprenticeship with HBTC. I really enjoyed the way the course was delivered. Steve was an excellent tutor with informative and relevant lessons to industry. I applied for an apprenticeship in late May I had a interview and got a job less than 2 weeks.Maya was very helpful and helped me get into a great company to work for.
My tutor Richard has been amazing and always helped me if I had any questions or needed more help on subjects I did not understand properly. Overall, the staff at HBTC are lovely people and great to speak too.

This is my second time being with HBTC - both times have been successful in securing me an apprenticeship suitable for me. All the members of staff are brilliant, particularly Mya and Mackauly who I’ve been most in contact with. The staff are efficient and really look to help the people who come to them quickly and are with you from the very beginning. I managed to secure my second apprenticeship the same day that I enquired about it!
I have had a lot of support and notified about new opportunities through HBTC and been able to gain an apprenticeship, I would recommend this to anyone looking for an apprenticeship.
I have had a wonderful experience at this college. The lessons are well planned out and structured to include every student who attends, the teachers are very enthusiastic and engaging but also supportive when you need them.

HBTC has helped me so much for apprenticeships. I was really losing hope with myself but HBTC made everything happen and now I’m hopefully going into an apprenticeship! Everyone is super kind, friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is struggling or needs an extra push or just some support as they have helped me a lot!

The course was engaging and offered a lot from a learning perspective especially for someone with no past experience or qualifications in the IT trade, Richard's engaging and attentive nature as a Tutor and assessor allowed my skills to develop that will no doubt lead to me securing my job and equip me with the knowledge and skills to go far in the IT world.
The application and interview process was simple and easy, HBTC helped me the full way through securing my employment to finishing the qualification, I can't recommend the service enough for anyone in the city looking for new opportunities delivered in an exceptional learning environment, young or old.

Having used the team at HBTC on a number of occasions I can highly recommend them when sourcing and training apprentices for your business. The team are always professional, thorough and dedicated to working with the business recruiter and suiting candidates to the business needs rather than just a numbers game for a training centre, like some that are out there.
Did an apprenticeship over the course of 2 years and even though I ran out of funding for taking so long which was all my fault Sophie and Adam but helped me amazingly through all the steps along the way. They helped me grow as a person and build my confidence. Thank you all so much for working with me even though I know I was an annoying person to work with and I 100% recommend them for all apprenticships
Really great experience with HBTC the people there worked non stop to find me opportunities and I am very grateful for this. I completed the Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Course, I found HBTC to be very professional and thorough throughout the course. My tutor was always on hand to help with any queries and was amazing in the final two weeks for the prep work for my End Point Assessment 🙂
Wanting to make a career change with no experience at the age of 30 I looked into taking the apprenticeship route but was unsure if it would be suitable for me. I applied with HBTC Thursday and recieved a call from Mackaulay later that day, he explained everything I needed to know and after another quick call he had put my CV forward for some positions. By Friday I had an interview secured and by Monday morning I had my apprenticeship place! Can't wait to continue with HBTC and get started on my apprenticeship. Huge thanks for your help and support definitely recommend them 😊
I initially applied for this apprenticeship on Indeed not thinking I would have a chance at a qualification again, after leaving college and not completing my A'levels. However HBTC have really changed that around and have been so supportive throughout the whole process and interviewing. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for more opportunities than just going straight into employment. I can't thank the team enough, and I am so excited to start!
HBTC has helped me out tremendously, helping me acquire a job in as little as 3 days, an apprenticeship aswell which are hard to come by at this time of year.
