Bureau Technical Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Administrator/Coordinator Apprentice to join their growing team in Hessle.

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants to gain administrative and coordination experience while working towards a recognised Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship qualification. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals and receive structured training to help you develop strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formatting and preparing CVs
  • Updating data sheets and internal records
  • Answering and directing telephone calls confidently and professionally
  • Responding to email enquiries promptly
  • Updating and maintaining compliance systems
  • Assisting with coordination tasks and learning scheduling processes
  • General administrative support to the wider team

Skills & Knowledge

  • Confidence when speaking on the telephone
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Strong administrative skills or interest in developing them
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
