BAPP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Administrator Apprentice to join their busy sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration and sales within a well-established, forward-thinking business. You will gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative tasks, including filing, printing, issuing test certificates, and maintaining customer records
- Updating and maintaining the customer database and CRM system
- Answering sales calls and emails, processing orders, enquiries, and quotations while delivering excellent customer service
- Purchasing and stock checking, ensuring stock records are accurate and kept up to date
- Liaising with the warehouse and external sales team to ensure a smooth sales process from order placement through to delivery
Skills & Knowledge
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Confident and friendly people skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Basic IT skills (training will be provided)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
