Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the social media marketing, helping create and schedule engaging content
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly
- Attending property viewings and supporting the team with onsite checks
- Paying bills and assisting with basic financial admin
- Updating and managing spreadsheets to ensure information stays organised and accurate
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
