Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors as the first point of contact.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Raising job cards via Clik and updating information upon completion of work.
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues and assisting with ad-hoc office tasks as needed.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
  • A positive team player with great communication skills.
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong Maths and English skills.
