Key Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Recruitment Co-ordinator, you’ll be guided step by step through the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning the Jobs Butler recruitment process in detail
- Managing candidate attraction campaigns
- Pre-screening applications and shortlisting talent
- Sourcing and selecting candidates for client roles
- Headhunting and searching job boards for matching candidates
- Identifying skills and matching them with client vacancies
- Learning how to email and call clients with confidence
- Advertising vacancies across national and local job boards
Skills & Knowledge
- Confident and strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to represent Jobs Butler professionally on the phone with candidates throughout the day
- The confidence to communicate with managers and directors across businesses of all sizes
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Ideally, a full driving licence and access to transport
