Customer Experience Coordinator Apprentice
As part of their growth, Yorkshire Renewable Systems Ltd is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator Apprentice to join their friendly team. This is a key role where you’ll be the first point of contact for their customers, ensuring they receive excellent communication and support throughout their journey.
Yorkshire Renewable Systems is a fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in commercial solar, domestic solar, and heat pump installations, alongside funded energy efficiency measures such as ECO4 and GBIS. Their mission is simple: to deliver high-quality renewable solutions with honesty, care, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Booking survey or appointments and scheduling staff effectively.
- Coordinating diaries and workloads to ensure smooth operations.
- Keeping customers updated at every stage of their project.
- Gathering feedback to help them continuously improve their service.
- Providing general support to the operations and compliance teams.
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
- Confident using scheduling tools and CRM systems (training provided).
- A positive, professional, and reliable approach.
- Previous customer service, call handling, or admin experience is desirable but not essential.
