Think Cloud is looking for two enthusiastic IT Apprentices to join their Helpdesk team in Hull!
This is a fantastic opportunity for school leavers or career starters who want to dive into the world of technology, gain hands-on experience, and grow with a forward-thinking IT company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and log helpdesk calls in a friendly, professional manner.
- Triage and assign support tickets to the right team.
- Keep tickets updated and accurate in their system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and IT support.
- Learn and grow every day in a fast-paced IT environment.
Skills & Knowledge
- Confident communicator, especially on the phone.
- Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Passion for helping people and solving problems.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in IT.
- Basic understanding of IT systems (full training provided).
