Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent client service
- Book accommodation and arrange travel as needed
- Process payments and handle invoices
- General admin tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning
- Keep their database accurate and up to date
- Schedule and book in jobs
- Order materials from suppliers
- Post engaging updates to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Assist in resolving client complaints professionally
Skills & Knowledge
- A great attitude
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- No prior experience needed, they’ll train you in-house.
