Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent client service
  • Book accommodation and arrange travel as needed
  • Process payments and handle invoices
  • General admin tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning
  • Keep their database accurate and up to date
  • Schedule and book in jobs
  • Order materials from suppliers
  • Post engaging updates to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Assist in resolving client complaints professionally

Skills & Knowledge

  • A great attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • No prior experience needed, they’ll train you in-house.
