Admin Apprentice
Kesselmann Plumbers in Hull is recruiting an Admin Apprentice. This role offers the chance to learn and grow in a varied, fast-paced office environment while working alongside a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and managing the shared inbox
- Preparing and sending letters
- Processing engineers’ job cards on their CMR system
- Liaising with customers and engineers
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily
- Booking jobs, chasing payments, and following up on quotes
- Dealing with invoices and negotiating with suppliers
- Weekly stock takes for engineers
- Analysing van tracker data to produce reports
- Adjusting driver schedules to save time and costs
- Assisting with social media marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
Skills & Knowledge
- Clear and confident communicator (written & verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player with a professional, polite, and trustworthy approach
- Well-organised and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
