Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the sales team to process vehicle orders in line with customer and stock requirements
  • Complete accurate, and timely sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are captured
  • Carry out taxation of sold vehicles ahead of delivery deadlines
  • Maintain up-to-date stock records across new, used, and fleet vehicles
  • Conduct monthly stock checks
  • Ensure all vehicle sales documentation is correct and that payments are received
  • Provide administrative support and timely updates to the sales and fleet teams

Skills & Knowledge

  • Polite, calm, and approachable personality
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office packages)
  • Flexible ‘can-do’ approach and strong team ethic
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Full, clean UK driving license with confidence to drive company vehicles
  • Desirable, but not essential – Previous experience in a vehicle sales administration role
