Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for Windows & Linux systems
- Troubleshoot software, VPN, and firewall issues
- Manage & resolve help desk tickets using Remedy
- Offer desktop & hardware support for peripherals & networks
- Work with teams to escalate and implement solutions
- Maintain clear documentation & deliver top-tier customer service
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in firewall management & VPN troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in Technical Support / Helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems
- Great communication skills – explaining tech to non-tech users
- Experience in Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support
- Full driving licence & a positive, can-do attitude
