Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with their network engineering team to monitor and maintain their VoIP infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and spotting areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support to end-users by addressing help desk tickets and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work alongside their IT team to plan and implement system updates and upgrades.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and trends in the VoIP industry.
- Assist with mobile phone setups, data transfers, router configurations, and Starlink technology installations.
- Support VoIP setup processes and enhance your skills in this growing field.
Skills & Knowledge
- Possession of L3 IT knowledge or experience.
- Basic understanding of VoIP, MDM, and CRM systems (a plus but not mandatory).
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in both independent and team settings.
- Someone who brings fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
