eCommerce Assistant Apprentice
Totsi Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic eCommerce Assistant Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to obtain experience across multiple areas of eCommerce, digital marketing and online retail operations.
As an eCommerce Assistant Apprentice, you will work closely with a small, friendly team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of Totsi’s online brands. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in eCommerce, digital marketing, content creation or online business.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Preparing parcels and printing shipping labels
- Organising and restocking inventory
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Updating product listings and website content
- Assisting with SEO tasks such as writing product descriptions and category content
- Supporting social media content creation and scheduling
- Uploading products, images and carrying out basic website updates
- Assisting with customer service enquiries via email and social media
- Helping with general day-to-day eCommerce operations across multiple brands
- Supporting with basic admin and operational tasks as required
Skills & Knowledge
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Organised and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and professional manner
- Basic computer skills and confidence using online systems
- Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing or online businesses
- Creative interest in social media, photography or content creation (desirable but not essential)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
- Previous retail, warehouse, customer service or online business experience is helpful but not essential
