Beal Homes, a proud family-owned business with nearly 60 years of experience, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator Apprentice to join their team. Located in their state-of-the-art Head Office and Design Lounge, you’ll be part of a passionate team committed to creating bespoke, high-quality homes that enrich local communities across East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their professional skills while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to incoming and outgoing customer telephone inquiries.
- Managing all incoming mail and email through their Zoho Ticket System.
- Co-ordinating and arranging customer appointments via phone and email.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with their valued customers.
- Liaising with internal and external departments, including Construction, Sales, and Technical teams.
- Raising purchase orders to support remedial works.
- General administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining records.
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- A commitment to delivering first-class customer service with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively across various teams to meet customer expectations.
