Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling technician training sessions
- Maintaining and updating detailed gap analysis records
- Monitoring, managing, and distributing certification documentation
- Responding to technician queries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting a range of ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT literacy and ability to use standard software systems
- Ability to work well under pressure
