Business Administration Apprentice
Vizion Network is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in business administration while gaining experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Vizion Network specialises in managing vehicle repair and claims processes, working with a trusted network of repair partners across the UK. Using innovative digital systems and automation, they help make the customer journey smoother and more efficient from the start of a claim through to completion and beyond. As part of the apprenticeship, you will work across different departments, developing valuable workplace skills and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Joining the events team to help organise company events
- Answering emails and telephone calls
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Managing calendars and room bookings
- Carrying out stock checks of office supplies and replenishing stock when required
- Supporting different departments with administrative tasks
Skills & Knowledge
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- A good communicator, both written and verbal
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive, reliable, and willing to work as part of a team
