Staff Call UK Ltd is looking for a Resourcing Assistant Apprentice to join their friendly office team, supporting the recruitment of workers who provide essential care within the local community.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organised, and being part of a fast-paced environment with purpose at its core. You’ll be part of a welcoming office environment, meeting and greeting visitors, handling calls, supporting candidate interviews, and helping ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors to the office and notifying colleagues of arrivals (front of house duties)
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Contacting potential workers and asking key screening questions
- Arranging and scheduling face-to-face interviews at the office
- Supporting interview processes under supervision
- Taking copies and checking documentation in line with working regulations
- Chasing and collecting outstanding compliance paperwork
- Ensuring completed candidate files are accurate before passing to the employment team
- Supporting general office and administrative tasks as required
Skills & Knowledge
- Confident communication skills, both over the phone and in person
- Strong attention to detail to support compliance standards
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
- A professional, respectful approach when working with confidential information
- Interest in supporting the healthcare and care sector
