Key Responsibilities
- Logging and resolving IT helpdesk tickets
- PC and network setup, installation, and health checks
- Basic user admin (password resets, new user setups)
- Diagnosing and fixing technical issues remotely
- Reinstalling operating systems and building PCs
- Ensuring backups, antivirus, and updates are on track
- Providing friendly support to clients via phone and in person
- Welcoming visitors and keeping the workspace tidy
Skills & Knowledge
- A genuine passion for IT
- GCSE Grade of 4-9 in IT or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner
- Smart, punctual, and well-presented
- Strong customer service focus
- Willingness to learn, grow, and support your teammates
- Must be able to pass a DBS check
- Driving licence and transport – a bonus!
