Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Posting mail
- Updating client files
- Updating staff files
- Setting up paperwork for meetings
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Logging staff sickness
- Keeping all office paperwork up to date
- Archiving files
- Responding to emails
- Setting up new staff/client files
- Welcoming and assisting visitors at the office
Skills & Knowledge
- Great communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Good customer service skills
