Admin Apprentice

Robson Refrigeration is a well-established, family-run company with a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service. They are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Admin Apprentice to join their supportive team and develop their skills within a busy and varied office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Updating and maintaining office records, filing systems and databases.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the service desk.
• Managing phone calls, emails and other correspondence.
• Processing goods inward and outward and assisting with stock control.
• Scheduling engineers for service calls.
• Updating live breakdown appointments.
• Tracking outstanding jobs and following up work with customers.
• Ensuring documents are accurate and compliant with company procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving basic customer queries.
• Raising and processing job sheets.

Skills & Knowledge

• An excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Accurate data-entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise work effectively in a busy office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A full driving licence.
