Key Responsibilities
- Inputting sales orders accurately onto the internal order management system.
- Generating and issuing invoices accurately and on time.
- Matching invoices with delivery notes.
- Answering telephone calls and handling general enquiries professionally.
- Processing and receipting purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.
Skills & Knowledge
- Organised and able to manage their time effectively.
- Detail-focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- A confident and professional communicator.
- Reliable and professional in your approach.
- Positive, willing to learn and keen to develop your skills.
- GCSE’s in English and Maths (Grades 4 or above).
